COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS - Due to the ongoing global pandemic we have been experiencing shipping delays of 7-14 days. We are working with our shipping companies daily to stay on top of your orders and keep the shipping timeline as short as possible. Please note there are processing delays due to staffing issues within some warehouses. Again, we are working as hard as possible to keep your order timeline as short as possible.


Shipping Time -- Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We use UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery for standard size items. For Oversize or Overweight items we use freight carrier. If the item you ordered is out of stock or back-ordered, we will notify you with approximate shipping date.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Carpetmart.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Each order must contain a valid street address.
