Carpetmart.com will accept returns in original, unused condition within 30 days from the date of your purchase, except for custom cut or fabricated items. Fulfillment mistakes that were made resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Upon receiving the item back and after inspection, we will issue you a refund in a same form of payment it was purchased.
Please contact us at rugsonline@carpetmart.com to request a Return Authorization number(RA#).
Returns would not be accepted without an RA#.
Once you receive an RA#, please re-wrap an item in original packaging (or equal),attach RA# to the package and ship product to our warehouse:

 Shipping (and related charges) your item back to us is your responsibility,unless the wrong item was shipped in error.We recommend that you insure your shipped item with the carrier for the full purchase price of the item.
The returned item must be in new, unused condition.If returned item is soiled, damaged or altered in any way,it will be refused.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
