Carpetmart.com will accept returns in original, unused condition within 30 days from the date of your purchase, except for custom cut or fabricated items. Fulfillment mistakes that were made resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Upon receiving the item back and after inspection, we will issue you a refund in a same form of payment it was purchased. Custom or special order product are not returnable. If you are unsure if the item you ordered is custom or special order, please call us at 1-888-926-8930 or email us at [email protected] to confirm.

Please contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number(RMA#).

Returns will not be accepted without a RMA#.

Once you receive a RMA#, please re-wrap the item in original packaging (or equal), attach the RMA# to the package and ship the product to our warehouse:

Shipping, and the related shipping charges of the return, are your responsibility, unless the wrong item was shipped in error or if your item arrived with shipping damage. We recommend that you insure your shipped item with the carrier for the full purchase price of the item.
The returned item must be in new, unused condition. If the returned item is soiled, damaged or altered in any way, it will be refused.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
